STAFF at Ealing’s Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition raised £11,000 and provided 600 hours of voluntary services last year.

Nutricia is part of the Danone group and employ around 25 members of staff at International House, High Street, Ealing.

It encourages staff to support community projects and charities as part of its corporate social responsibility programme.

Last year, Ealing-based employees volunteered at events like Dementia Awareness Week and raised money for an apothecary garden at a hospice.

Nationally, the company is involved with Careers UK, the Wallace and Gromit Grand Appeal and Matthews Friends.

Kate Hall, external affairs manager for Nutricia, said: “(It) encourages everyone to support community projects and related charities, which in turn benefits our business, our people and our community.

“It is amazing to look back at 2013 and how everyone has got actively involved in some way.”
