Last Thursday, was a very exciting day when I attended the launch of “Clarendon Living”, our “Market Rent” brand. I had originally viewed the building before the works commenced and I could not believe my eyes with the finished project.

This is our first Clarendon Living Development, at One Clarendon Road, and we were delighted that Richard Harrington MP was able to officially open our new high quality homes.

The schemes consist of 18 x 1-bed and three x 2-bed apartments and have been converted from former office space, situated over three floors.

I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with the apartments. Each one has a slightly different feel about it, with fabulous bathrooms, incredible kitchens with stylish white/cream high gloss units and Bosch appliances. Not to mention the Porcelanosa tiles to the bathroom walls, floors and kitchen splashbacks. There is even a garden terrace (on the second floor) and ………... underground car parking. This really does give the overall “WOW” feel to this development and better still it’s right in the centre of town and so close to public transport and major link roads.

The apartments are a new service that we are offering and provide high quality homes for professionals in Watford and Three Rivers at market rent. The surplus income is being reinvested to improve our other services and enable us to build more affordable homes.

It’s very exciting times as we are also looking at extending the Clarendon Living service to help private landlords in Watford and Three Rivers manage their homes efficiently.
