Directors of a haulage company which wound up nearly £500,000 in debt, have been disqualified by the High Court from future company management.
Oakdene Haulage, which supplied the construction industry from Dilloways in The Green, Southall, closed in1996 with debts totalling £450,898.
Director Daniel Gance was banned from company management for seven years, Philip Charles Stein for five years and Alan Paul Charles for three years.
