East met West in a day of sports, music and dancing in Northolt on Sunday.
The annual fun day, which was held at the SKLP Sports Community Centre in West End Road, combined the Western attractions of a funfair and five-a-side football with Indian songs and folk dancing.
A traditional lamp was lit to mark the start of the Indian cultural attractions and a performance by popular Asian band B21 lent some showbiz glamour to the occasion.
