Tim Flowers has been appointed as the new assistant manager at Queens Park Rangers.
The former England goalkeeper has been reunited with new boss Iain Dowie after his move to Loftus Road. The pair worked together at Coventry City.
Flowers said: "I'm delighted to be here to assist Ian.
"I like the look of this squad, I've seen QPR a few times over the last 12 months or so and I'm very optimistic about next season.
"A squad as talented as this one, with a few new additions to the squad, can certainly go a long way."
