Tube line delayed following death
A MAJOR tube line through the borough is experiencing severe delays after a woman was hit by a train in Hounslow.
The Piccadilly Line between Acton Town station and Heathrow Terminal 5 was closed for an hour causing rest of the line.
The incident happened at around 10.15 this morning and the woman was pronounced dead at 10.48am.
Police are not treating the death as suspicious, and the line reopened at 11.15am.

I was on the tube this morning which hit this person. We were taken off of the train, and I was absolutely shocked and disgusted to see other people taking photographs of what had happened. The people who did that should be ashamed.

Was on a train passing. So terrible. My thoughts are with the people that are left behind. Whoever they are. Awful that people could behave in such a way.
