Adams launched his solo career in 1980 with the release of his self-titled debut album but it was his 4th album Reckless', released in 1984, that propelled him to worldwide superstardom with his first top ten single Run to You' and a further five top 20 singles coming from the album.
Since then he has regularly released rock classics as well as chart topping singles including (Everything I Do) I Do It for You' which was UK number one for 16 weeks and When You're Gone' a duet with Spice Girl Mel C.
