Michael Wraight has been appointed residential lettings manager for Townends’ Ealing branch He started in commercial agency in 1989 before moving to an asset management company where he dealt with the property portfolio for TSB Bank and other financial institutions until 1997, when he joined an independent estate agent. Moving up the career ladder, he was appointed assistant manager for Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in its Marylebone office before moving back to his previous company to head up its lettings operation as group lettings manager.
Michael grew up in Ealing, so he isn’t new to the area. He and his wife, who is expecting their first baby in March, live in Kingston. Outside work, he is a keen rugby fan and has been a season ticket holder of London Wasps for ten years.
He says he has known Townends since his asset management days. “It’s a well respected company within the industry, with a strong brand name and a good working ethic. I now have a great opportunity to grow the Ealing lettings business even further – I want to help to make it the top performing office within the group.”
The lettings team covers Ealing, Ealing Common, Hanwell, Greenford, Perivale, Boston Manor and Northfields.
