LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES THE LICENSING AUTHORITY LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE TO ALLOW THE FOLLOWING LICENSABLE ACTIVITIES:

The sale by retail of alcohol The provision of regulated entertainment The provision of late night refreshment Notice is hereby given that Stewart Sell has applied to the Licensing Authority for the grant of a premises licence. Name of Premises - Whitton Park Sports Association Address of Premises -190 Wills Crescent, Whitton TW3 2JD Any interested party in the vicinity of the premises may make representation to this application in writing to the Licensing Authority, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW13BZ, licensing@richmond.gov.uk within 28 consecutive days of the date stated below.

Representations must be linked to one or more of the licensing objectives: -
The prevention of crime and disorder Public Safely
The prevention of public nuisance
The protection of children from harm

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham. Any personal data contained in a letter of representation will be disclosed to the applicant, any interested parties and responsible authorities.
Details may also be published in the minutes which are distributed to all parties to the proceedings, available on the Council's website and in libraries in the borough.

The Licensing Authority will not accept anonymous representations. Any person who knowingly or recklessly makes a false statement in connection with an application may be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
