JOHN ANTHONY PRAGNELL (JACK) Passed away at home on 6th May 2018. Much loved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Funeral service on Friday 25th May at 2:30pm in the Milton Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium. Family flowers only, if desired donations to the Renal Unit at Wycombe General Hospital and Rennie Grove Hospice Care.
