Sansom, Paul Steven Philip Passed away peacefully at home on the 28th September surrounded by his family. A greatly loved husband, son, brother, father, step-father and grandfather. Funeral service will take place on Monday 16th October at GreenAcres Chiltern, Potkiln Road, Jordans, Beaconsfield HP9 2XB at 3pm with a private cremation afterwards at Amersham Crematorium. Family flowers only please with donations if desired to Rennie Grove Hospice Care, Tring. c/o Beacon Funeral Services, 27 Rose Avenue, Hazlemere, Bucks HP15 7PH
