John Taylor BROOKS Passed away peacefully on 21st August 2017 aged 102 years. Father of Wendy and the late Maxwell. Grandfather of Clive and Hayley. Great Grandfather of Matthew, Shannon and Thomas. Funeral to be held on 14th September at 1:15pm at Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations to Alzheimer's Research UK c/o Cooperative Funeralcare, Hazlemere HP15 7AA
