COOKE, Des Passed away aged 73 on June 24th 2016 at Florence Nightingale Hospice. Much loved Husband of Jenny, Dad to Trevor and Tracy, Grampy to Isabel, Callum, Owen and Bronte, Father-in-law to Louise and Andy. Funeral service to take place at Chilterns Crematorium (Milton Chapel) on Tuesday July 5th at 2.30pm. Family flowers only but donations, if desired, to be shared between Cancer Research and Florence Nightingale Hospice c/o Surman & Horwood The Green, Crowell, Chinnor, OX39 4RR
