In loving memory of Phyllis (Tilly) May Pells (nee Bird) 21st May 1927 - 24th September 2015. Devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, sadly missed by her family and friends. Funeral service will be held in the Hampden Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham on Tuesday 13th October at 12:30 pm.
