SMITH, Christopher ‘Jim’ Passed peacefully away on 23rd August 2015 aged 79 years. Much loved and sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held at The Chilterns Crematorium, Hampden Chapel on Friday 11th September 2015 at 2.45pm. Family flowers only, but donations if desired to Cancer Research UK c/o Arnold Funeral Service, 891 London Road, High Wycombe, HP10 9TB
