SMITH Jack 1st May 1932 – 8th May 2015. A loving husband to Doris, a wonderful Dad to Jamie, Christine and David, a special grandad to Thomas, Michael, James, Emma and Ben and father-in-law to Jim, Mona and Linda. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral will take place at the Chilterns Crematorium Milton Chapel on Friday 22nd May at 3.15pm. Family flowers only. Donations payable to Arnold Funeral Service, will be divided between Diabetes UK, Thames Valley Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust and the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance may be sent to 891 London Road, Loudwater, High Wycombe.
