Dorothy (Dot) Smith (nee Ward) 1941 - 2015 Passed away on 14th January 2015 at Wexham Park Hospital after a long illness. Funeral service to be held at Milton Chapel, Amersham Crematorium on 3rd February 2015 at 2.30pm. All welcome. Family flowers only, donations if desired to 'Cystic Fibrosis Trust'. c/o Surman & Horwood Funeral Service Ltd. 25, High Street, Princes Risborough, HP27 0AE. Sadly missed by her loving husband Ron and her family and friends
