Hugh Cecil Bailey The late Hugh Cecil Bailey (Frankie) passed away 21st December 2014 at the Florence Nightingale Hospice. Funeral services were held on the 8th January 2015 at the SDA Church in High Wycombe. The family would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended the funeral and for the wonderful expressions of kindness, sympathies, prayers, cards, flowers, pastoral care and support extended to the family during this difficult time.
