REEVE, Patricia Ann Passed away peacefully at home on October 2nd 2014. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Love you lots Peter, Natalie, Danielle and Sonny. Funeral service at Amersham Crematorium on Friday 24th October at 1pm. Family flowers only and all donations to Iain Rennie Hospice at Home and Cancer Research c/o David Sillvey & Son, Westbourne Street, High Wycombe, HP11 2PZ
